If you need to cancel your bikini (which girl..we hope you don’t) the cancellation must be executed within 14 days from your original purchase date. Georgia Rose Bikinis will provide you with a refund to the same method of payment used. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item is faulty. Because Georgia Rose Bikinis are a bespoke, hand crafted super spesh bikinis designed especially for YOU, these items are non returnable, refundable or exchangeable. If you are pulling out of your show and need to hold your bikini order- we can honour this from up to a year from your order date. This term also applies to any giveaway or prize won. From time to time we will make changes to crystals that may be selected on your order form to match the request of your design. EG: swapping or removing crystal colours. We work as a team to provide the best design and outcome possible. Our fabric supplier is Funki Fabrics- please note colours can sometimes look a tiny bit different than they appear on the website. We can supply you with any fabric from FF. Please see Funk Fabrics for their full range of fabrics. If your item is faulty, only a replacement will be offered or store credit. Due to the bespoke nature of crafting your bikini, after the 14 day cancellation period, if you choose to cancel your order with us, the 50% deposit paid in advance of your bikini is non refundable.
Renting a suit? A 50% deposit of £70 required to reserve your suit. This way no one else can bag that bad ass suit for your show day. We do our best to quality check all of our rentals- so from time to time there can be a few crystals missing from wear and tear! No need to wash the bikini before returning it, we’ll take care of that. Your suit will be sent to you a week before your show date (unless being rented a week before then however it will be a tiny bit later than this!) Send your rental back in the same packaging it came in, the same way it was sent- Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery. All rental deposits are non-refundable due to keeping hold of that special bikini just for you for your big day! .
When ordering, please ensure that all measurements sent to us are accurate. We will do our best to correct or amend items that are deemed unsuitable, however, we reserve the right to charge extra for this service. For Online orders without a fitting, please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate. Georgia Rose Bikinis cannot be held responsible for a bikini that does not fit due to incorrect measurements. Please refer to the measurement guide. (It's very helpful, we promise!)
If your competition becomes cancelled or postponed, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has been paid in full, we may be able to delay the construction of your bottoms to coincide with your new show date. We start designing your top first and begin working on the bottoms toward the end of your prep when you are close to stage ready (usually 3-4 weeks before competition). It is your responsibility to fill out the 'Subit Final Measurements' page at your 4 week out mark.
Your bikini is very delicate so please handle this handmade item with care. The loss of stones can happen, so please be careful! (But don't worry we give you an extra baggy with them and some glue!)Georgia Rose Bikinis is not responsible for any breakages of connectors or loss of stones. All connectors & stones are not washable. Please only hand wash your bikini in lukewarm water using a soft detergent and let hang to dry.
Georgia Rose Bikinis aims to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time. We aim to post your bikini to you 2-3 weeks from your show unless requested earlier (We would be impatient for these bikinis too!) Please note that there can be 5-10 week turn around time so please take this into consideration before placing your order. If you require a faster turnaround, a 20% surcharge will be applied. Delivery within the UK is posted first class special delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon dispatch. For international shipping please allow 7-15 business days.
We cannot be responsible for your precious items lost in the post, so if you are sending back for adjustments please do make sure you send them tracked!
All UK items are sent by Royal Mail with signed for delivery. International are couriered via FedEx.
